Atalaya Mountain Trail
If you`re looking for a quintessential Santa Fe hiking trail, then the Atalaya Mountain Trail is the perfect choice for you! This out-and-back trail spans a total distance of 6.4 miles and generally takes 3.5 hours to complete.The trail starts and ends at the at the Atalaya Mountain trailhead parking lot at St. John’s College. You can also this trail with your dog so long as they stay on a leash. |

The Dale Ball trail system includes approximately 25 miles of hiking and biking trails in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
